No club fee at all! You only pay for whatever food and drinks you decide to order yourself at the pub/venue.

It is very common. Just drop a message in the group. We usually start the first actual game about 30 minutes after the posted start time while people grab drinks and chat.
Absolutely! You can invite them to the WhatsApp group, or just bring them along and introduce them to the table.
If there's low turnout, illness, or the pub is closed, Michael will announce it in the group. We simply skip a week and resume the following Sunday.
